Excellent as dipping oils or tossed with warm pasta, Sotto Voce's spiced olive oils are a wonderful addition to every gourmet kitchen. The shelf life for our olive oils is five months. We take great care in making our oils. Please do not add fresh herbs, spices or garlic to your bottles as this will greatly reduce the shelf life. Occasionally, due to cold temperatures during shipping, the olive oil may become cloudy. If your oil arrives cloudy, there's nothing wrong - it just needs to be warmed.
