What types of grapes do you try to carry?
We carry the following:
Cabernet Sauvignon
Cabernet Franc

We carry these grapes in 25 lb. boxes. We recommend buying in 100 lb. lots in order to have excess for topping.

A question about cider
Question:
I am interested in finding some yeast for brewing hard apple cider. I have used champagne yeast before but am wanting to try an Alt yeast. What are your suggestions? Also any recipes would be appreciated.
Answer:
There are two suggestions:
Try the White Labs German Ale yeast or the Wyeast #1007 German. Those should both give you a quality cider.
As far as any recipes, we sell two books: The Art of Cider Making and Cider Making, Using, and Enjoying. They are quite informational and you might find them of use.
