Basic Preparation:

Liqueurs & Schnapps:
1. Add the extract to an empty 1 litre or 40 oz. bottle.
2. Add an inexpensive spirit base: 40% grain alcohol, Vodka, Brandy, Rum or Whiskey. Refer to Noirot® bottle label for the recommended amount.
3. For best results, dissolve sugar in boiling water:
Sweet: add 450 ml. (2 cups) of sugar to 225 ml. (1 cup) boiling water.
Semi-sweet: add 225 ml. (1 cup) sugar to 225 ml. (1 cup) of boiling water.
4. Let the sugar and water mixture cool and add to the spirit base.
5. Cap bottle and invert repeatedly to thoroughly mix contents.

Cream Liqueurs

Note: Cream liqueurs yield up to 2 litres, depending on the amount of cream added. You may use either 15% or 35% cream as you prefer.
1. Follow the directions for liqueurs and schnapps.
2. Pour desired volume (usually mixed 50/50) of cream into a pitcher.
3. While stirring, pour in an equal volume of liqueur base.
4. Adjust to taste with additional cream or liqueur.
5. Refrigerate your bottle of cream liqueur (well sealed) as it contains no preservatives.
