This highly tannic, berry and aromatic wine can become addictive, once you try this one on it's hard to try anything else. This wine has many hidden features that can only be brought out with age; all good things come with time. Aging for 6 months recommended.

Cabernet Sauvignon:
This brilliant ruby red wine has a complex aroma, with hints of red currants, field berries and subtle spices. You will find these same elements balanced with tannins in its flavor. This dry wine is excellent young, however, it benefits from a few months aging. Recommend 6 months.

Chianti:
This well-balanced classic Italian red wine is very popular; full-bodied with a ruby red color and powerful aromas. Full in the mouth when it's young, this wine definitely improves with age. Best aged for 6 months, so show some will-power and save a few bottles in the cellar.

Merlot:
Merlot has become one of the world's most popular red wines. It's a grape variety, which is very much appreciated. This Merlot shows hints of many berries and will produce a rich, full-bodied and smooth wine. Merlot is a great wine that will evolve slightly quicker than other varieties. Merlot is great for everyday entertaining, but it also serves well for special occasions. Suggested ageing for 6 months.

Pinot Noir:
This grape produces a superbly balanced wine of excellent character. It's flavor and aroma hint of mixed berries, medium tannin and earthy notes. It is brilliant clear red in color and medium dry. Most pleasant young but recommended aged 5 months. This medal wine should not just be saved for the old time red meats, it also serves well with poultry, try it for Thanksgiving dinner.

Possibly one of our best reds, Zinfandel offers a most complete bouquet and aroma consisting of blackberry, cherry and earthy elements. It is dry, with a vibrant red color. Excellent young, its full character develops quickly with age. Suggested 6 months of aging.
