| Basic soda instructions: Mix sugar, warm water and extract. Add yeast, sanitize bottles and fill. Store filled bottles on their side at room temperature 3-4 days, move to a cooler dark place for one to two weeks. Carbonation will take place in the bottle. Champagne yeast works well and is recommended for soda. |

For something delightfully different why not try making your own soda pop? We carry a large assortment of flavor essences. You supply the sugar and elbow grease. It's a great rainy day project for kids or for large parties during the holidays or summer picnics.
Nearly all our soda extracts contain both natural and artificial flavorings. The exceptions are the two following: Lemon Lime - water, alcohol, natural flavors, citric acid. Preserved with sorbic and sodium benzoate. Ginger Ale - natural flavors, alginate (a derivative of seaweed), water, citric and ascorbic acid (vitamin c), caramel color, added natural quillara.
