 These are seedless fruit purees in 49 oz. cans. Fruit purees can be added directly to the primary fermenter for beer or mead or to enhance Vintner's Harvest Fruit Wine and Bases. These come with 5 gallon recipes.Our Oregon Fruit Product is a seedless puree. As such should be used in lesser quantities than fresh fruit. If you are considering using fresh fruit we recommend the following usage of Oregon Fruit Product: Apricot - 20% less Blackberry - 15% less Blueberry - 10% less Cherry - 25% less Peach - 20% less Raspberry - 15% less |
