Ascorbic acid: 1 oz.
Reduces oxidation in the bottle. Lends a citrusy flavor with overuse. Also known as vitamin C. Used to protect flavor and color. Add 1/8 tsp. per gallon at bottling.

Potassium sorbate: 2 oz.
Used to stabilize wine and prevent renewed fermentation. Use 1/2 tsp. per gallon of wine 3 days prior to sweetening or bottling.

Wine conditioner: 500 ml. Use to sweeten wine or meads. Add to taste. Add only after stabilizing with Potassium Sorbate.
Product contains potassium sorbate, but amount is intended to prevent the conditioner from fermenting it does not contain sufficient sorbate for wine stabilization.
