Plain Malt Extracts Briess 3.3 lbs. Briess Malting Company has been manufacturing quality malts since 1876. For four generations they have been producing and supplying an extensive spectrum of quality Pale and Specialty Malts in accordance with the highest of Quality Assurance Standards. Concentrated Brewers Wort (CBW) has been "gently heated" to pasteurize the malt.
Bavarian Wheat Lovibond: 2.0 - 6.0 80% fermentable. Use alone, or with specialty malts, to brew wheat beers of all styles. Excellent for boosting gravity or enhancing mouthfeel, body and foam..
